How much notice do you need?
As everything is freshly prepared to order, please allow a minimum of 8 hours notice.

What are your pickup slots?
Pickup slots are 11am to 2pm, 2pm to 5pm and 5pm to 8pm.
Can I customise my cake?

Do you write a message on the cake?
Yes, a cake message is included. Just let us know what you’d like written when placing your order.
How do I get my order?
HOW DO I GET MY ORDER?
We offer self-pickup from our kitchen in Vikaspuri, West Delhi or you can arrange a Rapido/ Porter parcel or cab for delivery.
Once your order is ready, we’ll share the exact location with you.
For third-party deliveries, once the order leaves our kitchen, it is the customer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for any damage, mishandling or delays during transit.
No refunds or replacements will be provided.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Changes can be made before preparation begins. Once baking/preparation has started, orders cannot be cancelled, as everything is freshly made to order.
